Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Fraud Analyst who will
review and investigate suspected fraudulent activities.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor alerts and communications to identify and investigate
suspicious activity
Take action to protect members and credit unions from fraud
incidents
Document all fraud incidents using various reporting tools and
systems
Required Qualifications
1 year of experience working for a financial institution
Must maintain confidentiality
General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to prioritize workload based on member and department
needs
Experience in customer service
