About the role
As a CBRE Entitlements & Development Program Consultant, you will
provide support to the Project Execution Teams on projects from Due
Diligence through issuance of Building Permits.
The key areas of focus include effective, efficient, and timely
utilization of web-based project systems to accurately capture
reporting from Project Stakeholders including Architects;
Subconsultants, and Landlord/Developers.
Candidates should be we ll versed in all facets of land use
entitlements including site design and planning, local municipal
requirements, and utility service applications.
What you'll do
--- Review business requirements and other documentation from
multiple sources to identify and resolve cross-initiative
dependencies and ensure consistency of approach.
What you'll need
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United
States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the
future.
--- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant
experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and
education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP or CMM preferred.
--- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word,
Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc. is required. Smartsheet or QuickBase
experience is beneficial.
--- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
--- Knowledge of project management software programs preferred
(e.g.: Kahua, Procore, OVP, Autodesk)
Why CBRE?
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the Entitlement & Development
Project Manager position is $110,000 annually and the maximum
salary for the Entitlements & Development Project Manager position
is $130,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a
successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills,
qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be
eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable
benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits:
401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and
Vision insurance.
