Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Advanced Support Consultant to
provide superior support for customers using their Strategic
Philanthropy software.
Key Responsibilities
Become an expert in clients' use of the software, including
customizations and add-ons
Respond to client inquiries to resolve complex issues in a timely
manner
Document client interactions and maintain relationships with
customer contacts
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a technical support/client management
role in a SaaS or high-tech environment
Good working knowledge of relational databases (SQL preferred)
Experience utilizing Jira/Confluence, ZenDesk, or similar ticketing
tools
Interest in technology and a desire to solve problems
independently
Well organized and detail-oriented
