Job Description:
A company is looking for an Analyst II, HRIS to drive People
Operations strategy and oversee HR process deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical solutions for the HRIS platform and ensure
stakeholder satisfaction
Participate in optimization projects to maximize the potential of
Workday
Lead integration projects for new HRIS and adjacent products as
needed
Required Qualifications
6 years of experience in Human Capital Management systems
support
Experience as a workstream lead on HCM implementations or
optimization engagements
Experience in designing, testing, deploying, and supporting
integrations
Proficiency in Excel and Data Visualization tools
Experience in interpreting and presenting People data to
leadership
