Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Operations Specialist to
support global scaled programs remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for agency operations, including SOW
management and supplier management
Maintain documentation and communication with vendors and
stakeholders on program initiatives
Manage internal and external translation vendors to ensure timely
and high-quality deliverables
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business
5+ years of experience in program operations or project
coordination
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced
environment
Experience working with diverse stakeholders
