Key Responsibilities
Lead training sessions to enhance engagement and adoption of
enablement initiatives
Establish a system to track key metrics related to learner
engagement and effectiveness
Design and execute comprehensive enablement programs using various
learning modalities
Key Skills and Qualifications
4+ years of direct experience in Enablement with a strong
understanding of effective training programs
Experience in a high-performance, startup-stage sales
organization
Proven ability to lead engaging training sessions that drive
behavior change
Expertise in crafting end-to-end enablement programs with
measurable goals
Skilled in creating high-quality enablement resources, including
playbooks and training materials
