Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate People Operations (Full
Time, Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and refinement of People Team Policies with a
focus on compliance
Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure adherence to statutory
regulations
Coordinate performance reviews and analyze employee feedback to
enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR or People Operations
Proven ability to implement innovative HR solutions in evolving
business contexts
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
Experience in payroll processing and compliance management
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software
