We seek a Key Account Executive - Mid-Market -that is both a sales
professional and a strategic partner who will help shape our market
approach, define our solutions, and envision our future. Hybridly
located in our vibrant new office in Alpharetta, GA, you'll be part
of a dynamic team on the ground floor. - Your Role and
Responsibilities: -
- Master Our Solutions: Deeply understand Intersect's offerings
to effectively represent our unique value proposition and
competitive edge to clients in the mid-market ($150M - $1B in
revenue) in Georgia / eventually greater Southeast. This includes
building integrated solutions focused around
Dell/Cisco/Fortinet/Verkada around the following architectures:
- Data Center - Storage/Server/Data Protection/Cloud
- Cisco - Cybersecurity (XDR) / Unified Communications & Contact
Center
- Verkada - Cloud Based Access Control & Cameras
- Build Lasting Relationships: Develop long-term client
partnerships, identify their key business needs, and guide them
through the complexities of selecting and integrating the best
technology solutions. -
- Drive New Business: Utilize various techniques, including
outbound calling, in-person meetings, vendor events, client events,
and referrals to generate a robust sales pipeline and exceed sales
quotas. -
- Strategize for Success: Create and maintain account plans,
adapt strategies based on market trends and customer feedback, and
consistently maintain Salesforce hygiene. -
- Collaborate for Excellence: Work with delivery staff and
pre-sales specialists to address customer requirements and ensure a
seamless sales process. - About You: -
- Experience: At least four years in complex outsides sales
engagements, selling multifaceted technical solutions. This
experience could be in a SaaS, at a VAR or manufacturer - the key
is understanding the consultative sales process - -
- Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales
targets in the mid-market sector ($150M - $1B in revenue) -within a
set of TBD industries
- Business Acumen: Strong ability to articulate and convey
relevant business value to clients. -
- Team Player: Comfortable commuting to our Alpharetta office at
least two to three days per week and eager to be part of a
