Start your Voyage - Apply Now Getting to Know the Opportunity:This role is to assist Production in the underwriting and origination of new mortgage loans by working alongside the team of analysts and loan officers. Please Note: This position has been designated as a hybrid-office/home role. Details of your in-office schedule will be finalized with your manager. The Contributions You'll Make:

• Assist in the underwriting, committee approvals, drafting and acceptance of term sheets
• Join the deal teams in deal discussions with mortgage banking correspondents
• Assist in the loan closing process including closing calls, lease review and third party reports review
• Work with other teams within the real estate group including credit and legal
• Assist with any special projects as neededPreferred Knowledge & Experience:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree; Major in Real Estate preferred
  • Technical knowledge of commercial real estate as an investment class
  • Basic understanding of income statements and balance sheets

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed.
