A company is looking for a Customer Ops Lead to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct customer interviews and testimonials for marketing purposes
Host webinars for prospective and current customers
Moderate online community engagement and plan customer events

Required Qualifications

5+ years in a customer-facing ops, sales, service, or support role
Experience at a successful, high-growth consumer startup
Experience in managing a highly-engaged online community
Experience in planning and running large online events
Video scripting, recording, or editing experience
