Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Operations Specialist
in the Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer product inquiries and resolve concerns related
to installation and operation
Document customer information and recurring technical issues to
support product quality
Facilitate discovery sessions, product overviews, and training
independently
Required Qualifications and Education
5+ years of experience in customer service and/or technical support
roles
Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, HTML, and basic
SQL
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal oversight
High school diploma or GED required
B.S. or B.A. degree highly preferred
