Job Description:
A company is looking for a First Party Collector -
Temporary.
Key Responsibilities
Make a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls to debtors
Negotiate payment arrangements and create urgency for non-paying
debtors
Collaborate with Client Support Representatives to resolve
disputes
Required Qualifications
Preferred experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, customer
service, or call center roles
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills,
particularly Excel
Dependability and strong work ethics
Ability to deescalate adverse situations
SalesForce.com experience is a plus
