Company DescriptionRole DescriptionThis is an on-site role located in Athens, GA for a Sleep Technologist. As a Sleep Technologist, your responsibilities include conducting overnight sleep studies, monitoring patients during sleep, documenting observations, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to analyze sleep disorders and treatment plans.
Qualifications

• Certified or Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or equivalent certification
• Experience in conducting and analyzing sleep studies
• Scoring of apneas, hypopneas and upper airway in accordance with established guidelines
• Knowledge of common sleep disorders, treatment options, and sleep monitoring equipment
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and interdisciplinary teamwork
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification required
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required
• Work anywhere between two and six days per week
