URGENTLY ** Our client, a nationally recognized AmLaw 100 and Vault Top-20 law firm, is hiring an experienced Associate to join its renowned Commercial Real Estate team in the firms Atlanta, GA office.
This role offers a remarkable opportunity for extensive client interaction, working with a diverse array of clients, including household-name retailers, restaurant operating companies, and private equity investors and sponsors. Known for its exceptional firm culture and commitment to professional development, this firm provides significant investment in its Associates, with a clear path to partnership for dedicated attorneys.
Qualifications

• Have 2+years of experience involving commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on leasing, ground leasing, and development for office, retail, restaurant, industrial, and mixed-use properties
• Retail/shopping center leasing experience is a plus.
• Must be licensed to practice in Georgia or willing to seek admission to the Georgia Bar.
• Outstanding academic credentials (Top 25% of graduating class is required).
