Job Description:
A company is looking for a Deal Operations Specialist based in
the US for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and audit documentation for proper placement in the
system
Enter information, upload documents, and photos into local MLS
Create and manage transactions in the operating system
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years' experience in data entry, customer service, or real
estate related roles
Skillful in Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn real
estate applications
Experience working effectively in a remote environment
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be flexible with changing
business needs
Outstanding organizational and file management skills
