Nursing Opportunity with Aveanna Healthcare
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking skilled LPNs to join our team of compassionate caregivers. We provide home health services to medically fragile children and adults, revolutionizing the way care is delivered.
Responsibilities

• 
  
• Implementation of physician's prescribed plan of care
  
• Patient assessments and coordination of care
  
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  
• Compliant, timely documentation of care provided
  
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
  
• Accepting and writing verbal orders from physicians
  
• Follow up with physician, client, family members, and Case Manager
  
  Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license
    
  • CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
    
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
    
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
    
  • Reliable transportation
