Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Review Nurse - Concurrent
Review to perform Medicaid reviews and evaluate member care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform concurrent reviews to assess member health and appropriate
level of care
Collaborate with healthcare providers and document findings in
health management systems
Provide education to providers on utilization processes and ensure
timely discharge planning
Required Qualifications and Education
Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree
in Nursing
2 - 4 years of related experience, with at least 2 years of acute
care experience
Current LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure
required
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations preferred
Familiarity with utilization management processes preferred
