Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Transfer Pricing Manager who will
lead the transfer pricing compliance and operations function.
Key Responsibilities
Manage global transfer pricing compliance and documentation
Prepare analyses and financial models to support intercompany
transactions
Continuously improve the transfer pricing function and automate
processes
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in SaaS/Software/Tech transfer pricing
Strong knowledge of US and International transfer pricing laws
Experience with transfer pricing issues in multinational technology
companies
CPA, JD, or MS is highly preferred
Public accounting experience, preferably with Big 4 or large
National firm
