--'- -As a General Manager, you'll have ownership of a single
Jack's store and everything in it. This includes sales,
profitability, staffing, training, customer service, operations,
and more! Day-to-day, you'll:
Lead your team to consistently meet
service, cleanliness, and quality standardsProvide smiling,
friendly service to guestsEnsure your store meets daily sales,
service, food, and labor goalsManage a million-dollar business
through high energy and high standardsHire, coach, mentor, and
develop a successful teamHelp prepare and serve delicious southern
