This individual will lead the Solutions Design team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align solutions with business and client requirements, enhance service offerings, and drive operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to create scalable and competitive logistics solutions.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire the Solutions Design team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
• Player/Coach: Engage directly in solution development and operational continuous improvement projects as demand/capacity requires.
• Client Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients to understand their logistics challenges and develop bespoke solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development, Operations, IT, and Finance teams to ensure proposed solutions are viable.
• Market Insights and Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and drive innovation within the design process.
• Cost and Risk Management: Oversee the cost modeling and financial analysis of solutions to ensure profitability.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve design methodologies and establish KPIs to monitor success.Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor's, Masters degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in contract logistics or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior solutions design or leadership role.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain modeling and financial analysis.
• Client-Focused: Experience in developing and managing client relationships.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and present commercially viable solutions.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of contract logistics and warehousing operations.Reasonably expected salary range up to $180,000.00 base USD + BonusIron Mountain is committed to intentionally creating and supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce.
