Job Description:

A company is looking for a VP, Client Services to manage client relations and service solutions in the commercial real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their needs and service requirements
Coordinate internal deliverables and ensure alignment with client expectations
Maintain and update customer relationship management tools to track opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including 2+ years in an AVP level role
Preferred training in finance or mortgage banking
Mortgage or secondary market experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products and CRM software, such as Salesforce
