Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Junior Technical Writer for
a three-month remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Write clear documentation for developers and administrators using
the platform
Evaluate and update customer-facing documentation and incident
reports
Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather
information and feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in technical writing, computer science, English,
or a related field, or at least one year of relevant experience
Familiarity with creating and publishing technical
documentation
Proficiency with editing, authoring, and task management tools,
including Atlassian Jira and Git
Knowledge of technical writing standards and common style
guides
Experience in Fintech, Banking, or Payments is helpful but not
required
