A company is looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to lead
their paid growth activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive paid advertising strategy
across various platforms
Collaborate with the marketing and brand team to create compelling
creative content
Work with analytics to refine attribution and performance
measurement approaches
Required Qualifications
5+ years of performance marketing leadership experience in a
high-growth consumer-facing startup
Experience building complex, data-driven marketing programs
Managed a marketing budget of $500k or more
Deep knowledge of paid ad media channels, including Meta Ad Manager
and Google UAC
Experience in A/B experimentation and multi-touch attribution
modeling
