This is the company for you!Job DetailsJob Details:Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This is a permanent position and provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of accounting tasks and will play a critical role in financial decision-making processes. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in financial statements, accounting, financial reporting, GAAP, General Ledger, Accounts Payable (A/P), and Accounts Receivable. Responsibilities:1. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is provided for management and stakeholders.2. Oversee all general ledger transactions and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes.3. Ensure compliance with all GAAP principles.4. Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely processing and accurate record keeping.5. Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.6. Support audit and tax preparation processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.7. Collaborate with other departments to support overall department goals and objectives.8. Monitor and analyze department work processes, procedures and policies to develop and implement best practices.9. Assist in developing and implementing new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related field.3. Strong understanding and experience with financial reporting, GAAP, general ledger, accounts payable (A/P), and accounts receivable.4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.5. Experience with accounting software and databases.6. Excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts.7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.8. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal direction.9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.10.
