Solutions business to drive growth and reach critical business milestones.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead as a systems architect for Electronic Warfare and Radar products.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development (BD) team on pursuits.
• Work across all of Honeywell to develop holistic solutions.
• Write compelling proposals and white papers.
• Mentor fellow engineers.
• Conduct requirements analysis and decomposition.
• Engage with customers.
• Manage budget and schedule responsibilities.U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization--#LI-HybridYOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematicsWE VALUE
    • Knowledge of legacy EW/Radar systems.
    • Staying up to date on current technologies and trends.
    • Familiarity with export control regulations.
    • Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
    • Demonstrated ability to win pursuits.
    • Strong industry relationships.
    • Expertise in systems development lifecycle.
    • Experience working with diverse and global teams.
    • Ability to make autonomous decisions.
